Highlights of the night include Luau-inspired song and dance presentations from different groups representing their hotel properties, with cash prizes given to the best groups. “We used a shade of brown for our furniture for a more sturdy and sleek finish. To make our guests’ stay even more comfortable, the room appliances are brand new,” he says. “We went for particular earth tones for a more relaxing ambience.”

A visit to several of these rooms shows a homier atmosphere, with the furniture and aforementioned colors adding a warmer tone to the proceedings. This is very attractive to the business clients who want to retire to their rooms feeling refreshed.

“We hope to keep our loyal guests and to bring in new guests in the business, and to minimize guests’ inconvenience by simply providing the room and amenities they need for a totally new and exciting experience,” he declares.

Crediting careful planning, coordination, communication and execution, Baclayon reports that the result is an improved facility offering “an elevated level of customer satisfaction and competitiveness.”
